Immediate opening: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Waldo County, Maine. The job is at a plant nursery. The role involves: • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings You should have: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Part-time with flexible hours.
