Sheet metal press operator wanted in Wheeler County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Wheeler County, Oregon. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. Day-to-day duties: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed You should have: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
