Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Culberson County, Texas. You will be based at a rooftop bar and grill. Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day-to-day duties: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
