Urgent requirement: deboner (Assam)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a deboner in Udalguri, Assam. The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Ideally you have 2+ years experience working as a butcher; food hygiene / HACCP certificate. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
