You should have: • Comfortable operating floor scrubbers and vacuum equipment • Reliable timekeeping for early-morning or late shifts • Knowledge of colour-coded cloths and cross-contamination control The role involves: • Damp-wipe kitchen surfaces, hobs and microwaves • Strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine • Restock toilet paper, hand towels and soap dispensers • Clean internal glass, mirrors and partitions streak-free Rotating shifts.
