Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. ₦280,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
