Marble mason wanted in Sangamon County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a marble mason in Sangamon County, Illinois. You will be based on a residential building site. Your main tasks: • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $27 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
