Captain waiter wanted in Gbonyin

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Gbonyin, Ekiti State. You will be based in a coffee shop. Day to day you will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
