Dish pit attendant • Gurara, Niger State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Gurara, Niger State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around ₦80,000 per month, based on your experience.
