Immediate opening: canteen cook (Assam)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Karimganj, Assam. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should bring food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate; 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen; able to read and follow recipes and dockets. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat 2+ years on the tools preferred.
