Dough maker wanted in Egbado South

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Egbado South, Ogun State. Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Part-time with flexible hours.
