Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Webster County, Missouri. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
