We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ohafia, Abia State. The job is in a bread factory. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving You will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough.
