Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Pakyong, Sikkim. The job is at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideally you have 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting; willing to work shifts and overtime; keen eye for finish quality and surface defects. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
