Room service attendant wanted in North Yorkshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a room service attendant in North Yorkshire, England. The job is at a banquet hall. Your main tasks: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
