Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
