Gypsum plasterer — Trumbull County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Trumbull County, Ohio. You will work in a refurbishment property. On a typical shift you will dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; check walls for plumb and level as you go; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
