Hydraulic crane operator — Fulton County

Join our team: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Fulton County, Georgia. You will work on a high-rise tower crane. Day-to-day duties: • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
