Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Hamilton County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 2+ years on the tools preferred.
