Production line operator • Takai, Kano State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line operator in Takai, Kano State. The job is in a CNC machine shop. You will carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels. You should have: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Six days a week, one day off.
