Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in White Pine County, Nevada. The job is at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
