Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Remo North, Ogun State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
