Tile fixer • Epe, Lagos State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile fixer in Epe, Lagos State. You will be based on a residential construction site. You will run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away. You should have: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
