Vacancy available: dry lining plasterer (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Travis County, Texas. You should have: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Your main tasks: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
