Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Val Verde County, Texas. You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat 2+ years on the tools preferred.
