Now hiring: fine-dining server (Scotland)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Eilean Siar, Scotland. You will be based in a coffee shop. On a typical shift you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
