Immediate opening: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Egbeda, Oyo State. You will be based in an electronics assembly unit. On a typical shift you will fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier. Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Can read work instructions and basic measurements Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
