Counter butcher wanted in Fairfax County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Fairfax County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
