We are looking for basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus); keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards; willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
