Commis chef wanted in Miga

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Miga, Jigawa State. Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
