Estate gardener wanted in Boyd County

Now hiring: we are hiring an estate gardener in Boyd County, Nebraska. The job is at a private estate garden. Day to day you will plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn. Requirements: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
