Urgent requirement: sausage maker (Kentucky)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sausage maker in Hardin County, Kentucky. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits.
