We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Lavaca County, Texas. You will work on a busy domestic building site. Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Day-to-day duties: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads Rotating shifts.
