Vacancy available: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Morris County, Kansas. You will be based at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day to day you will raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
