The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
