Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Collier County, Florida. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
