Retail butcher • Dikwa, Borno State

Now hiring: we are hiring a retail butcher in Dikwa, Borno State. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Pay around ₦225,000 per month, based on your experience.
