Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder.
