On the job you will handle: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
