Bread and bun maker — Iseyin

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Iseyin, Oyo State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around ₦110,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
