Tandoor cook — Hartlepool

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Hartlepool, England. The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat We offer £2,300 per month plus benefits.
