On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off.
