Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Binji, Sokoto State. You will work at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
