On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer We are looking for knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; basic cake decorating and piping skills; accurate at weighing and following recipes.
