Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Warrington, England. The job is at an auto-components manufacturing unit. On a typical shift you will load and index turning tools in the turret; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
