Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Storey County, Nevada. The job is in a meat processing plant. The role involves: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
