You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves prepare the mise en place before each service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. £1,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
