Vacancy available: we are hiring a dishwasher in Okene, Kogi State. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
