Powder coating technician • San Augustine County, Texas

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in San Augustine County, Texas. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time with occasional weekends.
