Groundskeeper wanted in Taylor County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Taylor County, Texas. You will work in a botanical garden. What we are looking for: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors The role involves: • Water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers 4+ years on the tools preferred.
